Over 2 Million Houses in California lie empty.

And over 800,000 Californians are homeless.

And banks don't have to pay property taxes on their house like you or I.

This must change. By forcing banks to Play By The Rules, by forcing them to pay property taxes, we can encourage them to open the foreclosure market to Californians and to get families back in houses.

According to the National Realtor's Association, for every 3 homes sold 1 permanent, full-time and good job is created.

That's over 700,000 jobs being held up by the Banks refusal to get off those homes. Because it doesn't cost them a dime to stay on them.
